CCI Health & Wellness Services is a group practice delivering high quality, affordable, care to the medically under-served at 14 health centers in Montgomery and northern Prince George's counties, Maryland. We are an FQHC: a community-based practice that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care (including health, oral, and mental health/substance abuse services) to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status.
