Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• No weekends, holidays, on-call, or call-back duties.
• Maximum of 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive NP/PA services, including patient screenings, routine, acute, and chronic care, immunizations, and counseling.
• Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients with common acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice guidelines and in consultation with a physician.
• Promote preventive care and health maintenance, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care education.
• Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, and continuing education efforts.
• Educate and collaborate with the healthcare team to benefit patients and improve overall quality of care.
• Ensure adherence to universal precautions and recognize conditions requiring isolation.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s in Nursing or Bachelor's in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a family practice or primary care setting within the last 3 years.
• License: Active, unrestricted license as an NP or PA in any U.S. state.
• Board Certification: ANCC or AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs.
• Life Support Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Security: Must pass a government background check and obtain a security clearance.
