The addition of a surgical center on our Little Rock campus will allow CARTI surgeons quicker access to surgical suites and a more comfortable recovery for our patients.

CARTI, an independent, mission-driven cancer care organization, is seeking a fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join our expanding team in Central and Northwest Arkansas regions. CARTI is the fastest growing cancer care organization in Arkansas.

Position Highlights/The Practice:

Compensation/Benefit Highlights:

• 3-year guaranteed salary (switch to RVU based compensation at your discretion)
• Annual salary out of fellowship training, starting at $350,000
