Primary Care Physician Opportunity with Shareholder Track and ASC Ownership in Quincy, Illinois

Join Our Team

• 13 Family Medicine and 6 Internal Medicine physicians, 5 Family Medicine and 1 Internal Medicine Advance Practice Providers
• Outpatient practice, option to round on patients in the hospital if desired
• 2 call groups for inpatient call, option to participate if interested
• See primarily patients 18 years old and up 
• Flexible schedule, ensuring work/life balance 
• Average 18-20 patients per day
• Call 1:5 and triaged first, reducing the burden of on-call responsibilities
• Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75^th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90^th percentile

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
