Pay range: $380,240 - $411,070 plus RVU bonus opportunity

Our team

Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington.  Our OB/GYN team consists of two Physicians and two ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed.  This position is being hired for community growth and a rising birth rate.

Position Overview

• Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
• Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
