SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group in Monroe is actively recruiting a flexible, part-time (.6 fte) Geriatrics/Skilled Nursing Facility Program Physician. This position is located in the Monroe area, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at various nursing homes in the southwestern WI & Northern IL markets. Qualified candidates will be Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained w/ a preference for post-acute & long term care experience.

An added level of intensive and direct patient care offered at SSM Health Monroe Hospital is e-ICU. By adding e-ICU capabilities, bedside nurses and doctors are supported by and can collaborate with experts at UW Health to enhance patient outcomes and help eliminate future health problems. Other departments housed in our hospital building include the surgical services, cardiology, physical therapy, medical imaging, and emergency services.
