Tenet Healthcare along with DMC Medical Group is actively seeking a fellowship trained spinal neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI. We have a newly appointed, full accredited, Neuro Critical Care Fellowship program to support our neurosciences programs.

A willingness to participate in research is welcomed.

Highlights:

• Typical schedule: 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR/Procedure/Call days per week
• Shared call with 5 providers – 8 NPs to assist with inpatient rounds 24/7
• Specialized Equipment/Resources: PACs on site – attached to hospital
• Working mainly out of the DMC Neurosurgery clinic downtown at Harper Hospital
• Supportive ancillary staff available
• Hospital privileges at all 5 DMC facilities

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• BE/BC – must have completed an accredited Neurosurgery Spine fellowship
• Michigan licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan
