Work Schedule & Practice Environment

• 2.5 Office Days: Focus on patient consultations, diagnostics, and follow-up care
• 2 OR Days: Perform surgeries with a diverse case mix in state-of-the-art surgical suites
• 0.5 Admin Day: Time allocated for administrative tasks and professional development
• 15% Pediatric Patient Population: Manage both common and complex pediatric ENT conditions
• Diverse Case Mix: Primarily in Rhinology, Laryngology, and Sleep-related care
• Annual Case Load: 240 surgeries and 5,400+ outpatient visits

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: $521,000 - $637,000, with potential to exceed based on performance
• Generous Incentives:
