Join Yakima Pediatrics – A Fulfilling Pediatric Practice!
We are seeking a General Pediatrician to provide exceptional primary care to a diverse pediatric and adolescent patient population in our large, single-specialty, outpatient clinic.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: 4-day workweek (4/10s) with no call, rounding, or delivery attendance. Dedicated administrative time included.
- Patient-Centered Care: Manage a patient panel with an expected 18-20+ encounters per day to meet community needs.
- Teaching Opportunities: Engage in resident and medical student education.
- Specialty Interests Welcome: Incorporate your clinical passions into your practice.
- FQHC/CHC Mission: Serve a diverse and often underserved population—experience in this setting is a plus.
- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish fluency is a plus.
- State-of-the-Art EMR: OCHIN EPIC.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 DOE, plus additional financial incentives.
- Encounter Bonus Potential: See 20+ patients/day and earn over $27,000 annually in additional bonuses.

Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO or IMG equivalent with completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency.
- Experience: Adolescent medicine fellowship or extensive experience preferred.
- Licensing: Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Certifications: DEA, BLS, BE/BC required (CAQ in adolescent medicine preferred).
- Credentialing: Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and major health plans.
