Internal/Family Medicine Opportunity-Tampa, FL!

AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine to join our team in Tampa, Florida and provide personalized care to patients 65-years of age and older. This practice exclusively focuses on Medicare Advantage patients.

At work, you will experience:

• More Time with Patients: Up to 40 minutes with patients to provide comprehensive, personalized care
• Smaller Patient Panel. Max patient panel of 700.
• Lower Daily Patient Census. 14-16 patients per day.
• Clinic Support Team. Includes RN Case Management, 1.5 Health Coaches (MA’s) per provider, Social Worker, Pharmacy, Care Coordinators, Welcome Coordinator, HCC Coding Support, and Administrator.
