EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for a Full Spectrum Family Medicine/Sports Medicine Physician to join a growing practice with Banner Medical Group (BMG) in East Valley Phoenix, AZ. 

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Sports Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Requires a broad spectrum of expertise
• Ability and desire to support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
• Established expertise in working with diverse patient populations

Practice Details:

• Non-Surgical position; Outpatient, clinic only
• Full-Time
• Support our clinical practice at BOMC and BGMC
• No Call
