We can seamlessly upload your jobs to our site when you provide us with a job feed from where your jobs are currently listed. If your jobs are already on our job board, we can provide you with an XML feed so you can easily post your jobs on your own website.
XML Job Feeds are a useful way to move jobs from one system to another. PracticeMatch will produce a standard feed for you that can be used on sites such as Indeed and Monster. The feed could also be ingested by other industry-focused job boards to allow you to maintain all of your jobs inside the PracticeMatch system, while being updated via the feed on other sites. Implementing an XML Job Feed with other sites will cut down on the manual entry required by your team. If you have an existing job feed from another vendor, we can typically use that to import your jobs into the PracticeMatch job board.

The process of producing or ingesting job feeds is done overnight, typically between 1am and 6am ET. We do this to avoid impacting clients accessing the site and seeing data change while they are working.
Your Client Account Manager receives alert emails if there are any issues with your feeds. The issues could range from a new recruiter not in our system, a new site that hasn't been registered in our system, or a new specialty mapping that we haven't yet created.
