·         Outpatient, well established practice

·         No OB

·         Shared call schedule with 24/7 RN triage

·         Electronic Medical Record (Epic)

·         Large group of specialists based at Community Hospital North

Licensure & Certifications

·         Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

·         Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
