Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine and Pediatrics trained physician to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. We are a well-established Med-Peds only practice searching for our sixth partner to make call one out of every sixth night and or weekend. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us.
The position offers a flexible 4-day work week with a half day of inpatient newborn nursery and low acuity pediatric care and three and a half days of outpatient adult and pediatric care.
Baptist Health prioritizes work life balance with our DAX co-pilot AI program to help remove the burdens of charting, and we have a dedicated in-basket team to continually improve the workflow of patient physician communication. Our practice also has a social worker, an MA dedicated to paperwork, and a nurse coordinator to help our physicians spend more time with their patients and less time with administrative burdens.
