We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Neurosurgeon to join our dynamic surgical team in Minot, where you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and management of complex neurological conditions.
 
Job Summary:
As a Neurosurgeon at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for the surgical treatment of diseases affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system. Your expertise will be crucial in performing intricate surgical procedures, managing preoperative and postoperative care, and employing advanced techniques to improve outcomes for our patients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and consultations for patients with neurological disorders.  
  • Diagnose and treat conditions such as brain tumors, spinal disorders, aneurysms, and traumatic brain injuries.  
  • Perform a range of surgical procedures, including craniotomies, spinal fusions, and minimally invasive techniques.  
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including preoperative assessments and postoperative management.  
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of patient care.  
  • Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.  
  • Stay informed of advancements in neurosurgery and engage in continuous professional development.  
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.  
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.  
  • Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.  
  • Strong surgical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Compassionate attitude and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
