Physician Scientist in Medical Retina

Join a world-class research and clinical team as a Physician Scientist in Medical Retina. UMass Memorial Medical Group (UMMG) and UMass Chan Medical School (UMass Chan) are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Ophthalmologist with Retina Fellowship training (medical or surgical retina fellowship) and experience in clinical or translational research as documented by publications and grant funding. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish a Retina practice while focusing on developing a clinical research career in a vibrant, growing academic environment.
As part of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, you will contribute to expanding services and research in central Massachusetts, serving a community of one million people. Based in our Eye Center with a residency program, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and collaboration with esteemed researchers across multiple fields. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with your training and experience.
