Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington while working in our brand-new state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology clinic. Our system-wide Radiation Oncology team consists of 3 Physicians who work alongside a robust team of oncologists and other specialists.
Position Overview
- Brand-new state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology clinic
- Five-day work week
- Phone call 1:3
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- Weekly tumor board and oncology team meetings
- Quarterly cancer care committee opportunity
- Goal is to grow clinic up to 40 patients per day on treatment and OTV
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record

- Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off

What We’re Seeking in a Candidate
- Successful completion of Radiation Oncology residency program
- Board certified or board eligible physician
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
