Synergy Radiology, a rapidly growing, radiologist-owned and operated practice, is expanding and we want you to be part of our dynamic team. Established in 2012, we deliver expert final reads for clients across many states using cutting-edge technology that puts quality first.

With a collaborative, team-driven atmosphere, Synergy is home to around 30 radiologists. Whether your expertise lies in Neuro, MSK, Body, or Emergency Radiology—or you bring a broad spectrum of General Diagnostic Radiology experience—Synergy is the place for you! We are looking for Diagnostic Teleradiologists (board certified/board eligible) to join our team.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible Night and Overnight Schedules: 5 PM to 1 AM EST and / or 11 PM to 7 AM EST (ability for extended hours without restriction if desired), 7 on/7 off or 7 on /14 off
• Unified Worklist: Streamline your workflow with template-driven reports and study-specific prompts, making your reads more efficient and accurate
• Specialized Support: Tap into a network of sub-specialty radiologists to consult on complex cases.
• Case Mix: 60% Neuro, 25% Body, and 15% MSK
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience; unlimited bonus opportunity based on worked units, quality, and performance measures
• Partnership Opportunity: 2-year track to Partnership opportunities

Compensation:

Unlimited compensation potential with productivity bonuses! Bonuses paid with each payroll.

Schedule 1: 7 Days On/7 Days Off

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST (W2)
  • Average Base Pay: $470, 000

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST (1099)
  • Average Base Pay: $550,000

• 11PM-7AM EST (W2)
  • Average Base Pay: $550,000

• 11PM-7AM EST (1099)
  • Average Base Pay: $660,000

Schedule 2: 7 Days On/14 Days Off

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST (W2)
  • Average Base Pay: $470, 000

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST (1099)
  • Average Base Pay: $550,000

• 11PM-7AM EST (W2)
  • Average Base Pay: $550,000

• 11PM-7AM EST (1099)
  • Average Base Pay: $660,000

• Health insurance begins on 1st day of employment.

• 401(k) company match starts after one year of employment. We meet the IRS maximum limits, currently $43,500 in 2023. You can contribute a portion of your salary after 30 days.

Synergy Radiology, LLC is a renowned overnight Teleradiology Practice, founded and led by a team of dedicated independent radiologists. Our mission is to empower other practices by providing on-demand access to our experienced radiologists and sub-specialists, thereby enabling independent hospitals and radiology groups to enhance their overnight capacity and grow their revenue. 

Synergy Radiology is a growing radiologist-owned and operated practice offering teleradiology services in 37 states. Founded in 2012, we provide final expert reads for our clients. We offer state-of-the-art technology with an emphasis on quality. Synergy has approximately 30 radiologists working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and is ideally suited for physicians with Neuro, MSK, Body, and/or Emergency fellowships or those with General Diagnostic Radiology Experience. 

Synergy’s teleradiologists read all studies and prepare template-driven reports that prompt input in a logical, study-specific, pre-determined sequence. We provide reports in a consistent format, free from omission with the sophisticated level of clinical data physicians can expect.
