$800K Salary $50K Sign-On-Join Deaconess!

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Deaconess Medical Center in Marion, IL.

• This position offers a guaranteed salary of $800K, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract.
• The role includes both clinic and surgery block time from Monday to Friday, as well as required call coverage.
• You will be part of a supportive, patient-centered environment, working with a leading healthcare organization committed to excellence in care.
