Position Overview:
The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine is seeking faculty members to join the Division of General Internal Medicine and expand its academic hospitalist group. This is an exciting opportunity for physicians passionate about teaching and providing high-quality care in a leading academic medical center. Successful candidates will practice Hospital Medicine, assuming a lead inpatient role within a multidisciplinary care team. Faculty will be actively involved in teaching and mentoring learners while providing high-quality patient care.
We are recruiting part-time and full-time physicians at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank, commensurate with experience and training. Appointment to the Instructor (non-track) level may also be considered. Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
