Flexible Outpatient Opportunity Awaits! Gundersen Health System is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our well-established outpatient team of 6 Pediatricians and 4 PNP’s in Onalaska, WI.

Practice highlights:

• Flexible patient care hours 
      - a level of autonomy with your schedule
      - the ability to start later than 8:00 AM or end earlier than 5 PM.,
      - incorporate virtual visits into your practice and receive contact hours
• Average patient volume: 16-20 per day
• No inpatient call or duties
     - Saturday clinic 2.5 times per year; newborn weight checks only
     - 1:6 Telephone Nurse Advisor call (via phone)
• Integrated Behavioral Health Services
     - Psychiatry
     - Therapists
• Lactation Consultants 
• Level III NICU/4 bed PICU/10 bed pediatric floor
• Level III Certified Medical Home
• Pediatric Specialists available
• Integrated, Regional Health System employing over 900+ clinicians, and 
serving over 650,000 lives
• Our entire system is connected with our EMR system – Epic

We have a special interest in the ongoing development of our services for children living within the communities of our tri-state area and as such, have added to our staff a pediatric surgeon, pediatric anesthesiologist, and pediatric emergency medicine physicians, as well as a broad spectrum of other 
pediatric subspecialties such as allergy, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board-certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.  In addition, medical staff must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach services as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is a cornerstone of our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
