CHI Health in Missouri Valley, Iowa is seeking a confident, compassionate BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a community centered medical team to provide quality care in a rural health setting.

• Patient Care:

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
