• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Standard geriatric primary care
• Average of 10 - 16 patients per day, age range 65+
• I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection and wound care
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
