Job Summary:
Metropolitan Methodist Hospital is recruiting skilled and dedicated emergency medicine physicians to join our collegial team in San Antonio, Texas.
Qualified Candidates:
- Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency trained
- Possess strong communication skills
- Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills
Incentive/Position Details:
- 66,000 annual volume
- 40 bed ED
- 40 hours of daily physician coverage
- 60 hours of daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage ( 44 hours on weekends)
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Academic appointment available: Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of Texas San Antonio.
- 1099 position - up to 120 hours available
- Meditech EMR
