Medical Director - Clinical Faculty Opportunity at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Emergency Department - Fort Worth, Texas

Criteria:

Candidates for this position need to be ABEM/ABOEM board-certified with leadership experience in Emergency Department operations and/or Quality Improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of medical director or assistant director experience or successful completion of an EM Administrative Fellowship.

Possess knowledge of process improvement techniques, and demonstrate successful implementation of efforts impacting quality, efficiency, patient experience, and/or physician engagement.

Emergency Department:

50,000 annual patient visits

38-bed ED

48 hours of physician coverage daily on average

30% admit rate

EPIC EMR

Scribe service

EM residency program in house
