Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics are part of the PeaceHealth Oregon West Network. Financially strong, this Critical Access Hospital and Clinic has an opening for a full-time, BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient primary care clinic in the heart of Cottage Grove, OR.

The close-knit critical access hospital and clinic has 14 medical beds and a 24-hour Emergency department. The clinic and hospital are in the same building which simplifies rounding. The very collaborative and congenial group of providers and employees makes the facility feel very warm and welcoming.

As a team player in a state-of-the-art facility, you will have multiple resources available Including:

• System-wide Epic EMR
• Rehab therapy
• On site lab
• Anticoagulation clinic
• And an all-digital imaging department
• Walk-in clinic 7 days a week
• Infusion services
• Diabetes and nutrition education services in the clinic
• Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your hospitalized patients

Cottage Grove is a community of approximately 9,000 people located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, along the Row River, 20 miles south of Eugene and the University of Oregon and serves a population of approximately 25,000 people in the surrounding area. It boasts a modern high school and is the recipient of a national "All-American City Award". Cottage Grove is one of only two cities in the State of Oregon to have received the award twice. No other city in Oregon has received the award more than twice. It is also known as the "Covered Bridge Capital of Oregon" six of the covered bridges in Lane County are located in or around the City of Cottage Grove.
