Infections Disease Physician at Kenilworth - Charlotte, NC

Atrium Health Infectious Disease - Kenilworth in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time board certified Infectious Disease physician to provide coverage for outpatient clinic and inpatient consults. The group is comprised of 13 Physicians and 3 APPs. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with dedicated providers and develop positive relationships with other teammates while delivering quality care and outcomes on diverse cases.

About the Position

• Inpatient consultations only 
• 1 or 2 Half days in Outpatient Clinic per week
• Call average of 1:6 for 2 facilities
• Weekend/Weeknight call shared between 13 physicians 
• Average of 15 cases/day with an average of 5 new consults/day when on inpatient
• Admin duties with opportunity for research (as desired)

Qualified Candidates:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Infectious Disease 
• North Carolina license required
• Will consider new grad with ID fellowship
