Position Highlights

Engage in Diverse and Flexible Practice

• Flex Position: Work between a community hospital and ambulatory surgical center in the Worcester area.
• Case Mix: Ortho, general surgery, urology, plastics, GI (no pediatric or OB cases).
• Call Requirements:
  • Home call only: 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend call per month.
  • Post-call days built in for work-life balance.
• Orthopedic Surgery Focus: Regional anesthesia skills required.
• Team Collaboration: Supervise CRNAs in the anesthesia care team model.
• Academic Opportunities: Teach and mentor residents in our integrated training program.

• Participate in education, medical simulation, quality improvement (QI) work, and research.

New Competitive Package Includes:

• Salaries: $447K–$520K based on experience and subspecialty training.

Eligible candidates must have the following:

• MD or DO degree, eligible for a Massachusetts license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
