Pediatric Hematology/Oncologist position at Banner-University Medical Center/University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics in Tucson, AZ

 

We are actively recruiting for an outstanding Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join our division in Tucson, Arizona. Our Pediatric Hematology-Oncology team within the Department of Pediatrics consists of six Pediatric Hematology/Oncology faculty and five advanced practice providers (APPs), with an integrated subdivision in the greater Phoenix area including another five faculty physicians and five APPs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary clinical environment with active research programs.

Job Details:

  • Attend on the inpatient and outpatient hematology-oncology service
  • Participate in clinical, and educational efforts including teaching of medical students, residents
  • Opportunities for clinical and translation research

Requirements:

  • BC in Pediatrics
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology 
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Ability to work within a diverse environment including students, residents, nurse practitioners and with other faculty
