Position Highlights:

• We are looking for full-time Family Medicine (or IM) Physician to join our team
• “Quality vs. Quantity Model” – Average 19 - 20 patients per day
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
• Dedicated support, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
• Scheduled weekly administrative time
• This position does not require call, urgent care of after hour shifts
• Comfortable seeing patients from 16 years of age and older, primarily adult medicine, chronic disease management, annual wellness checks
• Appointment schedule: 40 minutes for new consults and 20 minutes for in office visits, screenings and follow-up appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active BLS certification
• Computer Proficient

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $256,997 to $364,843 per year.  Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
