About the HonorHealth Internal Medicine Residency Program Core Faculty Position:

• Faculty 100% Ambulatory Role – No inpatient duties, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, No Weekends
• Enhanced Work-Life Balance – Only 40% continuity clinic with structured work hours and 60 minute visit for new patients and 30 minute visits for exiting patients
• EPIC Electronic Health Record and Tiger Text for easy communication with Specialist
• Six residents per year plus four categorical residents, creating a smaller, close-knit program
• A supportive and engaging faculty-to-resident ratio, allowing you to truly get to know and mentor each resident
• Academic Excellence & Innovation – Teach and mentor residents in a collaborative program that welcomes your ideas and innovation
• Support to be involved in advocacy and scholarly activities on a state and national level
• Global Health Program geared towards resident and fellows to grow through giving back

Qualifications:

• MD, DO, or MBBS (Must have a Green Card or be a U.S. Citizen)
• Completion of a 3-Year Internal Medicine Residency
• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Eligible for an Unrestricted Arizona State Medical License
• Strong clinical and teaching skills
• Preferred: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a faculty role, ambulatory outpatient clinic, or completion of a Faculty Development Fellowship
