Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physician to provide high-quality care to our patients on a temporary basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, allowing you to focus on patient care without long-term commitments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in diverse healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, depending on the specialty.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required, providing emergency care and consultations.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid state medical license in NC.
• DEA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Proven experience in the Obstetrics and Gynecology field, with the ability to handle a broad range of cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and manage patient care efficiently.
