Highlights of the Position:

• Diverse coverage area with both rural and urban population
• Provide medical direction for PA and NY based Air Methods flight crews and Guthrie EMS
• Provide medical oversight, develop protocols, monitor quality assurance and continuing education 
• Participate in EMS affairs and act as a liaison between EMS and the Robert Packer Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine/Trauma 
• EMS Fellowship training preferred, ABEM/AOBEM certification/eligibility required
• Level I Trauma Center averaging 36,000 visits annually
• Teaching opportunities with our Emergency Medicine Residency and Medical Students
• Compensation $405,600+
• $100k starting bonus or $200k loan repayment 
• Epic EMR fully integrated throughout Guthrie's network
• 16 consult services available through Guthrie Robert Pack Hospital
• Tele-neurology coverage available at all sites
