Kettering Health is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established women's health team serving Xenia and Beavercreek, Ohio, with all obstetrical deliveries and surgical care performed at Kettering Health Main Campus in Dayton. This position offers the best of community-based outpatient practice with the support of a hospital featuring a Level III NICU, in-house Anesthesia, Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), dedicated OR block time, and Da Vinci Xi robotics. Physicians enjoy a collaborative team environment, predictable scheduling, and the autonomy to practice the full scope of OB/GYN.

  • Clinic Locations:

    • Beavercreek, OH
    • Xenia, OH

    Hospital & Deliveries:

    • Kettering Health Main Campus – Dayton, OH
    • All deliveries, surgeries, and inpatient care performed at Main Campus
  • Clinical Scope: Full-spectrum OB/GYN
    Regular and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery,
    Open to all surgical interests and subspecialty focuses

  • Call: 1: 7 shared rotation (upon hire)
    In-house anesthesia, neonatology, and MFM support

  • Facilities & Technology:
    Level III NICU
    Dedicated block OR time with Da Vinci Xi access
    Epic EMR system-wide

  • Team Structure & Support:
    8 physician partners
    3 APPs, dedicated MAs, and a surgery scheduler
    Experienced OR and clinic staff

  • In-Office Procedures:
    NSTs, colposcopy, endometrial ablation, LEEP
