Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Licensure: Indiana License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Certifications: DEA, ACLS, and BLS
• Vaccinations: Covid and Flu vaccination
• Experience: General anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks
