Ochsner Health’s Department of Cardiology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our Cardiology practice in Chalmette, LA, a suburb of New Orleans.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an established multispecialty group of physicians and Advanced practice providers who provide exceptional care to our St. Bernard community. Interventionalist works collaboratively with a Nurse Practitioner. Clinic, hospital and STEMI day call required.

This is an opportunity to join our nationally recognized cardiology group of 80 cardiologists practicing at more than 30 locations across Louisiana and Mississippi. Hospitalists are available to help coordinate and manage inpatient care. There is a tremendous growth opportunity to expand this subspecialty practice.

Additionally, several established services such as the Family Unit, NICU, Bariatrics and Emergency Department are continuing to grow, becoming leaders for the West Bank.

On the West Bank, Ochsner is emerging as a major quality healthcare provider with a nationally recognized acute-care hospital.
