Child Psychiatrist opportunity in Portland, OR ($349,000 - $413,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value)

You take care of patients.
We’ll take care of everything else.
Including you.

You’ve spent years learning and training to provide outstanding care for your patients. That’s why our model lets you focus on taking care of them. Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support to do many of the things that aren’t clinical, from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients.

We take care of you, too, with exceptional compensation packages, market-leading retirement contributions, gold-star health benefits, generous PTO, sabbatical opportunities, continuing medical education time and allowance, and leadership development through our in-house Northwest Permanente University.

Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible a Child Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group at the Kaiser Mt. Scott Medical Center in Portland, OR. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. You will care for patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18. Our caseloads vary from 350 to 600 patients.

You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.
