Malladi and Reddy, PA, a leading private Gastroenterology practice in Lufkin, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our team. Our practice, renowned for its high earning potential and partnership track, includes an on-site Endoscopy Center and covers two hospitals and our private clinic.
Position Details:
- Practice Type: Inpatient and outpatient, hybrid structure
- Facilities: On-site Endoscopy Center and 2 Hospitals
- Call Schedule:
- Rotating with two other gastroenterologists
- Specialty: General Gastroenterology (ERCP not required)
- Team: Two current physicians and two nurse practitioners
- Procedures: Approximately 20 procedures per day
Our Focus: We provide personalized care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions such as Crohn’s Disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, esophageal cancer, Barrett’s esophagus, acid reflux, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, digestive disease, and colon cancer.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Experience: Will consider experienced, latest graduates, and possibly future graduates (2025)
- Visa Sponsorship: H1 and J1 visas accepted
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $700,000 - $800,000, with potential earnings much higher based on the number of patients seen
- Bonuses: Production-based bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation Assistance: Negotiable
