About the Role:
The Department of Interventional Pain and Spine at New York Health is looking for BC/BE, fellowship-trained Physiatrists to join our outpatient practices in Suffolk County, NY. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our interventional physical medicine and rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality patient care, excellent outcomes, and high patient satisfaction. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that may include physical therapy, medication management, and other interventions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, using advanced diagnostic tools, and staying updated on the latest advancements in rehabilitation medicine. You will also educate patients and their families about their conditions and effective management strategies. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential for success in this role.
