Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform Mohs surgery services for patients requiring skin cancer treatment.
- Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and healthcare personnel, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
- Record patient health history and treatment details in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Completion of a medical degree, dermatology residency, and board certification.
- Fellowship training in Mohs surgery.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate in good standing.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the United States.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, and community representatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer.
