Internal Medicine Physician - Providence 65+

Providence Medical Group has a unique opportunity available for a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join a dedicated team that's changing the way that senior care is delivered. PMG NW is launching a Providence 65+ Clinic in May 2025, dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic care for seniors in our community. This innovative model integrates a comprehensive care team, including care management, social work, behavioral health, and pharmacy to ensure that senior patients receive the best possible care. We are actively recruiting two Internal Medicine Physicians, or Family Practice Physicians with a Geriatric Fellowship, to join our new clinic. The clinic will be co-located with our Providence Swedish Puget Park Primary Care clinic located in Mill Creek, WA. • Full-time Internal Medicine position, would also consider a Family Practice physician with a Geriatric Fellowship
• Flexible FTE 0.75-1.0
• Holistic, senior-focused care model
• Preference for experienced clinicians, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Compensation is between $289,000 and $348,500 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or Compensation structure is value-based model, not RVU-based, moving providers away from the 20-min visit,
• Appointment times are longer, 30 min/60 min schedule
• Team based approach
