AdventHealth Winter Park Family Medicine Residency program is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and broadly skilled Family Medicine physician to serve as a faculty member with the ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program. Established in 1975, the program is based at AdventHealth Winter Park Hospital, a 340-bed acute care facility. We are a 12-12-12 residency and have geriatrics, sports medicine and women’s health fellowships. The ten-year ABFM pass rate is 100%. Faculty and residents present at regional and national meetings.
Ideal candidate should expect:
Duties will include clinical teaching in an outpatient setting for family medicine, as well as continuity clinic.
A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Ideal candidate would have experience in academic medicine, strong communication skills, and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
Board Certification in Family Medicine (AOA or ABMS) is required.
