Due to planned retirement, our practice of three experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons and four Physician Assistants is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
This is a hospital employed practice with an income potential at or above the 90th percentile of MGMA. Starting salary $822k+ with a 2-3 year track to partnership. Income potential over 1 million plus as a partner.
This is a high volume program with a wide variety of cases. The case mix for 3 surgeons is approximately 600 cardiac and 200 thoracic cases per year. We also work closely with our interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons, operating together for TAVRs and complex aortic cases/TEVAR, respectively.
