Family Physician - FQHC Outpatient Colorado
Salud Family Health is an FQHC / Community Health Center.
Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. We strive to improve the quality of the lives of patients who otherwise have limited access to health care. We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
We're seeking a Board Certified, Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Fort Morgan, Co.
No hospital work required
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary - $230,000 to $264,800
- $20k Sign-on Bonus

Education:
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
Experience:
- No prior experience
Licensure:
- Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Board Certified Family Physician
- J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred

Salud is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), 501©3 nonprofit, operating 13 clinic locations, administrative and training site, and a mobile unit. We provide medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health care services.
As an FQHC Salud is governed by a patient-consumer Board of Directors, which ensures patients direct delivery of healthcare services. Salud receives operational funding from Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to provide health care services in the communities we serve.
We focus on low-income, medically underserved populations as well as the migrant and seasonal farmworker population. Salud Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance plans. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Insurance enrollment assistance is available.
