• Employed position; work Monday through Friday
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment
• Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols
• Conduct assessments of patients, including completion of instrumental scales
• Good knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, family therapy, or counseling
• Provide and coordinate behavioral health care for patients
• Licensed in Indiana (LCSW); current CPR certification
