Duke Health Kernodle Clinic Internal Medicine Physician

Duke Health seeks Internal Medicine for an established practice at Kernodle Clinic, Duke’s flagship practice in their western market. Kernodle Clinic is Duke’s largest community-based multi-specialty practice of 55 physicians and 40 mid-level providers covering 15 medical and surgical specialties. The practice includes 75,000 sq. ft. main office, plus a walk-in clinic and two satellite offices, one in Mebane and the other in Elon. 

We are growing our Internal Medicine team at two of our Kernodle Clinic locations:

• Our Burlington office has a team of 10 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
  • Call 1:15 (office call only, answering service fields first call, no inpatient responsibilities)
  • 18-24 pts/day
  • Abridge AI scribe available
  • Dedicated 1:1 ratio of MD/MA or nurse staff
  • Rotating PA students as well as medical students
• Our current temporary Mebane practice will relocate to our new construction in Mebane, NC, estimated completion Fall 2026
  • Join close to 10 specialties in our new office located in Mebane, NC!
  • Abridge AI scribe available
  • Dedicated 1:1 ratio of MD/MA or nurse staff
