·        Mon-Fri 8a-4p and 4p-11p (able to work both shifts)

·        1 week per month required

·        RVU: 10 per day

REQUIRED: 

·        FL state license

·        BC/BE

·        DEA

·        ACLS, BLS

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
