This fulltime family medicine position is one you don’t want to miss: It is with an independent clinic and 5-star rated acute care hospital in Columbia and Sauk Counties in Southern Wisconsin.  The system is a 5-star rated independent acute care hospital with four primary care clinics across Dane, Sauk, and Columbia counties in southern Wisconsin.  You would be part of a team of four family practitioners and two advanced practitioners in a forward thinking, independent healthcare organization where “everybody knows your name.” High-quality collaborative healthcare and the personal touch are keys to practicing in this system that includes services such as outpatient care, OB/GYN, med/surg, emergency and a nationally-recognized center of excellence in joint replacement program.  There are no inpatient or ER responsibilities, and there is limited call responsibility on weekends (1:7) which is shared with a large system team of family medicine colleagues. 

Spring Green in southwest Wisconsin has a reputation that far outranks its size, thanks to its history as the hometown of architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
