Anesthesiology Practice Details

• Guaranteed work in 10 hour shifts
• 3 12-hour pm/weekend call shifts per month (in-house)
• 2 Backup calls per month
• Additional shifts/call available at an extra shift compensation rate
• Schedule confirmed in 3 month increments
• Includes: General OR anesthesia, Endoscopy, OB, and Diagnostic Imaging
• Excludes: Cardiac Surgery, EP, and Cardiac Cath Lab

Anesthesiologist Compensation and Benefits

• $500,000 guaranteed base salary 
• $50,000 Starting Bonus 
• Up to $50,000 per year in quality bonuses, paid out quarterly
• One time $50,000 bonus paid after completing 24 months of employment

Qualifications

• BC/BE Anesthesiology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
