Locum Anesthesiologist *120217: Southeastern, Virginia Dates: June 10-14. July 1-5, July 29- Aug 2. Aug 12-16, 26-30. Sept 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, Oct 14-18, 21-25 28-Nov1. Nov 4-8, 11-15, 18-22. Dec 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, 30-Jan 3. Shifts: Monday-Friday. Typically 8 hour shifts for the ASC. Monday- MD ONLY. Tues-Friday- Supervise 2 CRNA's. Case Mix: Must be proficient in ortho blocks. Must provide case logs for blocks. Will do own cases and supervise Patient Demographic/ages: Peds(6 mos for basic, ent) and UP. Active License: VA license Credentialing Time Frame: Quick.
